If you receive any Suzuki merchandise or accessories and you would like a refund or exchange you must provide in writing to Suzuki Australia a valid reason for refund or exchange.

Once the online department receives your request, please allow up to two (2) business days for processing, the application will be either approved or denied. If your claim is approved you will be issued with an approval number and you can return the goods to Suzuki Australia within 30 business days, in the new condition that you received the goods and you must provide proof of purchase (copy of invoice) and we will happily exchange or refund.
A refund or exchange will not apply if you got what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or have no use for it. There is no refund or exchange on helmets, items that have been worn out, items that have had the tags or safety alerts removed (unless faulty).
A refund or exchange will be considered based on these examples:
be not of merchantable quality, be not fit for the purpose or job that they are meant to provide and fulfil purposes made known to the consumer, match any description or sample given to the consumer whether in promotional material, over the phone, in person, on a website or on labelling or packaging and be free from defects and faults.
The cost of return is the responsibility of the consumer except in the case of a faulty item where by our staff will provide return of goods instructions.
“Change of mind” includes an error of purchase eg accidentally ordered the wrong size or colour, items that don’t fit the way that you would like or unwanted gifts.
We will accept a change of mind return provided it meets the following guidelines:
✔ Return within 30 days
✔ Return with proof of purchase
✔ Item must be unworn, unwashed, unused with all original tags/labels attached
✔ Item is not listed as an excluded item as outlined below

✘ Charity Items
✘ Personalised product
If something is faulty, incorrectly described or different from the sample shown we will provide an exchange or refund provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase.
Exchanges for the same item in a different size will not incur any additional charges. If the new item is a different product (including a different colour) and there is a price difference you may need to pay the difference or receive a partial refund.
If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges for online orders) will be refunded to you using the original payment method.
To return an item:
Once received, we’ll process the refund and notify you via email. Your refund will be credited back to you in the next 7 working days, depending on the payment method used to place your order.
If the item returned does not meet our Returns and Exchange Policy above your order will be sent back to you.
